Tell me a bit about yourself?: I am an avid nature lover who decided to follow the mountains from my home in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil all the way to Banff, Alberta.
Why did you choose Massage Therapy as your career? I was always interested in how the human body worked and I knew I wanted to be in a profession that helped heal people so Massage Therapy ended up being the perfect fit. It’s such a rewarding career because you get to see people come in with all sorts of problems and leave feeling relaxed and renewed.
“I love spending time in nature, discovering new hiking trails and waterfalls, and riding my bike through the city.”

A bit about myself: I am originally from Southern Ontario and moved to Australia with my family as a teenager. After traveling the entire country I settled in Sydney for a while and undertook a degree in Fine Arts at the National Art School. I then decided to explore esthetics and hospitality careers while also spending my remaining years there travelling solo.
Why did you choose Awsthetics as your career?: I am an artist with a passion for health and wellness. Aesthetics marries these two worlds for me.
“When I’m not at work I enjoy drawing and watercolor painting, cross country skiing, day dreaming and learning.”
Kaitlyn

Why did you choose Aesthetics as your career?: It began as a love for Makeup Artistry, as I took on further studies I very quickly became more drawn into the art of Skincare. I found creating a relaxing, luxurious experience for my clients while being able to help with their skins concerns very fulfilling.
How did you come to Banff: I am from Tropical North Queensland, Australia. I fell in love with the Bow Valley when I first came to do a working holiday in Banff in 2019. I completed a winter season and went home to be with my family through covid. The beauty of the landscape out here is truly magical and I had to come back to see more as soon as I could!
“On a day off I like to be outdoors, hiking, camping or fishing! Otherwise, I also love to spend my free time painting, doing some yoga or enjoy a cocktail out! “
